Either Im a horrible computer owner or Geek Squad at Best Buy sucks. Not only is half my number pad glued down from them fixing my D key (how is that even close). I now have a freezing/crashing computer. At any moment it stops working and restarts. I wonder what the record is for the amount of return services through a warranty. Good thing I have two computers. #annoyed
